Dr. Jenn Charlot is the co-founder of RevX, a national design lab transforming K-12 education through rigorous, real-world learning rooted in identity, purpose, and community impact. A first-generation Haitian American, Harvard Ed.L.D. graduate, and former NYC and Newark systems leader, she has spent two decades redesigning pathways for young people historically pushed to the margins. From districtwide reform to launching high-performing schools, Jenn now leads a growing national movement preparing young people to transform their communities and shape the future.
